So the Lord has been doing alot in me this weekend. Totally revolutionizing my life. This is like a continuation to my last post. =D
Well a while back like summer of 08 God gave me these verses for a mission trip i was going on. It was psalm 102:12-22.
"But You O Lord sit enthroned forever Your renown endures through all generations. You will arise and have compassion on Zion for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come. For her stones are dear to your servants; her very dust moves them to pity. The nations will fear the name of the Lord all the kings of the earth will revere Your glory. For the Lord will rebuild Zion and appear in His glory. he will respond to the prayer of the destitute; He will not despise their plea. Let this be writeten for a future generation that a people not yet created may praise the lord; The Lord looked down from his sanctuary on high from heaven he viewed the earth to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death. So the nation of the Lord will be declard inZion and His praise in Jerusalem when the peoples and the kingdoms assemble to worship the Lord."
Though I dont feel it is just contained with the cities we went to on the mission trip I went on. I think it extends further than that.
Saturday at one of the meetings [i dont remember which one] God reminded me of this and so on the chat that was beside the live webstream [that is used for encouragment and praying] I typed this out and put it on the chat thing [ ya know what im talking about lol]. After I typed that i felt like God gave me this as a prophecy for our nation.
I mean listen to the words guys..Really listen...
"You will arise and have compassion on Zion for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come....the nations will fear the Name of the Lord all the kings of the earth will revere Your glory. For the Lord will rebuildt Zion and appear in His glory. He will respond to the prayer of the destitute; He will not despise their plea. Let this be written for a future generation that a people not yet created may praise the Lord; The Lord looked down from His sanctuary on high....to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death. So the name of the Lord will be declared in Zion and His praise in Jerusalem when the people and the kingdoms assemble to worship the Lord."
I think the Lord showed me that on the part "let this be written for a future generation that a people not yet created may praise the Lord" that this is for and about out generation! this is talking about out generation! A people not yet created...this was written years before we were born and before our parents were born but this was prophecied about us. We are the chosen generation as we say all the time.
Tonight I have just sensed that God is moving. He is right now moving on behalf of us.
God moves at the sound of His Children's cry. God moves when He sees a people running to Him-a people running after Him. God moves when He sees a people whose hearts are fully devoted and committed to the Lord.
Do we really realize how committed the Lord is to us?? I mean for one He saved us. He saved us from hell and brought us out of darkness into marvelous light. But He is soooo committed to us that He has vowed to never let us go! NEVER! He is committed to me to never let me go. No matter how hard i struggle with Him. No matter how much i may try to run. He holds me that much harder to not let me go! I deserve for Him to let me go! But He loves me way to much- an incomprehensible Love [Lord give us hearts and a spirit to be able to grasp Your love and committment to us more and more and more each day!]- and is so full of mercy and grace for me that He says to me " I will never let you go my beloved!"
Jesus is so committed to us that he went to death for us. He was willing to die for us then to ever live without us. He layed down His life for me and you! and all He is asking us to do is seek His face...obey His commands...Live for and in Him...share His Truth...bring Him into this world-the hope and value that people are searching for. Thats it. Everything else just falls into place with this. [the knowing Him more and becoming more like Him ect.] Does it just stop right here? of course not! Jesus came and said " I have come that YOU may have Life and have it abundantly." Abundance is never ending. Abundance is limitless. Jesus laid down His life for us. Is all this to much to be asked of for us? But why is it? cause our flesh is weak and we let the lust of out flesh..the voice of our flesh..and the things and voice of this world override the Truth of Jesus in our lives. This isnt an easy life. It is hard. God didnt say it would be easy He just said He would be there and help your through it for Jesus has overcome the world.
When Jesus ascended into Heaven He started something new. It wasnt the end but a mere beginning that involved US being a part of. To continue what He started. Yall i have said it before but God is ready He is just waiting for us to be a part of it. He is waiting to find a people that will go as far as He goes without looking back and doesnt care about the cost. A people that is fully committed to Him. Recklessly abandoned for the sake of Christ. who will forsake all other things for the sake of Christ. Everyday is a new beginning thank you Jesus until the completion when Jesus comes back and rules over all the earth- over every dominion. And we go rule with Him in Heaven.
We are falling into something Heavenly.
We are falling into something bigger than us and more glorious!
We were made for war. God is calling each and every one of you to fight with Him.
To engage in the causes of the Kingom. To the purposes of His heart.

Goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is all that I am say. You are a prophetic voice in our generation. You will be one who asks, what days are these. Like John the Baptist. That is a true prohetic voice.
it is totally fine that you did not come. You were in the presense of God. Do not worry about it. We missed you, but just keep going. I am so glad that I get to run this race with you.
love you!
